It's a webrip, and it's better quality than the tv rip but it's still as juddery as the tv rip version, especially at the start. It skips frames causing the picture to jump, the original source is probably encoded using the wrong frame rate or it's been converted using the wrong frame rate It settles down for a bit but the frame skipping is still noticeable in alot of places and gets really annoying, Looks like a repack or proper is needed or a version that isn't capped by topkek or anyone with the word s**t in their tag and from a different source.
