Personally, I always clean all my rip for any tags there might be. Just use MKVToolNix.

Always someone will find something to complain about.. its just human nature . But really what need are for so many post telling people to use such and such tools .

Many people dont want to , or dont know how to remux every encode. Many people that watch these videos are computer illiterate. There are many sites dedicated to video tools discussion, goggle them and learn if you want.

The quality of this encode is good thats all that matters , It played here in VLC and Daum PotPlayer fine.

I did not notice it had a tag in the header tell I looked at it in media info.

Most complaints are issues of some dont have the right media players and so forth, witch are not the encoders problem . Its the down-loaders problem , they need to use a better media player or upgrade there TV player .

Sorry for the double post , but there's no way to edit your post here .

When I read RMTeam Fan post it says he already knows how to edit headers , his/her problem is one of his player dont recognize the EP order unless they do . Since they already know how.

only 3 things can be done
A. He can keep editing them .
B. He can use a different media play that recognize the EP order regardless of the header.
C. OR RMTeam can stop wittering in the header.

Why tell someone to use video tools when they said they do already ? your info is non relevant here.

I use a batch file to rename all my TV series downloads.
For this series:

rename *s02e01*.mkv 201_Kaiseki.mkv
rename *s02e02*.mkv 202_Sakizuki.mkv
rename *s02e03*.mkv 203_Hassun.mkv
rename *s02e04*.mkv 204_Takiawase.mkv
rename *s02e05*.mkv 205_Mukozuke.mkv
rename *s02e06*.mkv 206_Futamono.mkv
rename *s02e07*.mkv 207_Yakimono.mkv
rename *s02e08*.mkv 208_Su-zakana.mkv
rename *s02e09*.mkv 209_Shiizakana.mkv

etc. (I get the titles from Wikipedia.)
So I don't care what stupid name advertising themselves an encoder gives it. I see the episode number and name on my screen.

I also run it through MKVmergegui, strip out any subtitles and use the split to delete any crap at the beginning and end.

I could use that to tag it if I needed to, but my TV just shows filenames.

So I end up with a clean file consistently named in a folder with all the other episodes of that series.
