Really? male vs female? Forget it: why is being HUMAN the best? Why would an alien give up on his species? He's presented as sarcastic first but then the internal dialogue makes everything human go from annoying, stupid and weak to beautiful and touching.. Barf! like ONLY BAD ALIENS do genocides, ethnic cleansing etc? He's apparently unaware of wider humanity. So you may say it went down into wokeness, I say it got sappier and sappier, period. You might want to stick to 1923/s02 and you'll get your views served on a silver platter (while everybody opposing them gets social darwinism 'shoved down their throat').
