Hello, I love your RMTeam encodes, they're the best! I know, you've set the automation and sometimes I see, you skip the shows in row and do popular ones first like The Walking Dead and Person of Interest instead of working the set procedure like FIFO.

Well, just wanna request you to STOP or DELAY doing 480p WEB-DL and x265 HEVC encodes of WEB-DL's at the time of MAIN and new scene releases of current day TV Shows.

Ex - Instead of doing Empire and The 100 yesterday, you did some WEB-DL's first and posted 480p HDTV. like 2 hours later.

Same thing today, instead of The Vampire Diaries, the queue chooses The Americans 480p WEB-DL x264.

We both know, The Americans came yesterday and people are more eager to watch The Vampire Diaries 480p HDTV and 720p HDTV x265 not a web-dl of The Americans which can be posted few hours later.

So, I just want you to focus on current 480p and 720p x265 HDTV's and do WEB-DL's later in the day like 2 -3 hours later!
