The file is OK. The problem is on your end. Your media player can't play it because video codec is AV1. You should use a better media player. The best ones are K-Lite Codec Pack (Full or Mega) (https://www.codecguide.com/download_kl.htm) and mpv (https://mpv.io/installation/). They can play ANY codec and format with ease.
