What is a "H264 constrained baseline"? It says XVID AVI.

God knows. The nfo says AVC video and MP3 audio, in an AVI. Which is completely idiotic.

Even if it's possible to make such a file, it's likely to be incompatible with many players.

If you use AVC codec it should be in MP4 or MKV container.
You could remux to to MKV easily, assuming that there is no other wackiness.
The resolution is 720x480, and letterboxed. Also weird.

Someone very inexperienced did this.
