you scarred me there for a minute.
according to IMDb there are 13 episodes for season 2
but TVrage says there's only 10 episodes.
since only 10 episodes were uploaded I'm hoping that TVrage has it right at 10 episodes and none are missing.

There are 13 episodes becauce when you get to the end of episode 10 it just stops in mid story

The series premiered on February 9, 2015, the 13-episode first season premiered in its entirety, on Netflix, on March 20, 2015.[3] On March 31, 2015, Bloodline was renewed for a 10-episode second season that debuted on May 27, 2016

If episode 10 of season 2 ended abruptly it's what's known as a cliffhanger episode. and the story will begin from that point in season 3

I also checked at TVmaze and they say 10 episodes in season 2 as well.
