WTF?!? I do so wish some of these 'rippers' would check their stuff before spamming cyberspace.

This one shows a sound track in the media info, but it doesn't play. Although the quality is as expected for 720p, the vid seems stuck at the beginning until I manually change the slider to somewhere further into the movie.

I know, I know, it's free, but also juts wasted bandwidth when you download crap.

Looks like PLAYNOW is s scene to stay away from.

Playnow has removed this from their website.

However, Playnow is still an excellent website with excellent rips! Even the best Encoders makes a mistake every now and then...

If you still have the file, try running it through MKVmergeGUI. If it's a simple error, say damaged index, it can fix it.

May seem like a silly question. How can I tell if a foreign film has subtitles hardcoded in English (not an extra file that I have to open)? Will it say in the title? And if so, what will it say?
