Not only is this just a re-encode of a re-encode.

They really messed this one up by trying to change the AR to 2.35:1 , the source they used is not retail its like HDTV with a 25 fps framerate with a 16:9 AR , what ever the source AR is you cant change it much without goofing the whole thing up.
