@goodguy – If you click the ‘all releases’ link for Magic City you will find that this release is the first time someone has upped a bluray rip of, not just this episode, but the whole of series 2. I know what you are saying about it not being a ‘latest episode’, but no one is saying that the 27th was the air date, just that this is ‘new’ because it is the first bluray rip and because this particular rip was upped and made available for the first time here on 27/9/13.

If you look this sort of thing happens with the ‘latest episode’ list all the time – for example, just below Magic City is Brickleberry S02E01. Yet, Brickleberry S02E04 has already been and gone; therefore you can argue episode 1 is not a ‘latest episode’. Though, what I think is happening is that when an episode ‘falls off’ the bottom of the list, and another version of the same episode is then upped (as in the Brickleberry example), then it appears on the list again as a new episode. And whilst this can be a bit frustrating at times, I find that often these episodes are in a size and format that was not released when the episode first aired…

In the end I am just grateful that people put in the time and effort to make these things available for free and for me to enjoy :-)
