If you still have the partial download don't delete it! UploadRocket supports resuming, so do this:

When the download fails, look for the download file. It will end with ".part" Rename this to something else. (I usually change just one letter.) Start the download again and immediately pause it.
Look for the new download file. It should be exactly like the one you renamed, but be only a couple hundred kB. Delete this file. Rename the previous download file back to what it was. Resume the download.
You may have to do this a few times, but it will eventually give you a complete file.
For the future, I recommend JDownloader. It will handle most things for you, except answering captchas.

Yeah, it sucks. Same shit, different host. I've been here through 180Uploads, Kingfiles, Oboom, Hugefiles, and possibly one or two more which I can't remember. It's gotten so bad here lately that I've gone back to torrents and usenet for some of the files I want.
