Because 18 and 19 both aired today. The RMZ bots simply found 19 on the scene sites before 18.

That's episode 6x18.

Verity Azario, Ariel Shafir and Steven Bono Jr. are credited in the end of the episode(41:52) and according to IMDB they were casted on episode 18.
