Great upload, but audio is out of sync!
How to fix that?

If the sync is out by a constant amount, you can work out the delay in a player like MediaPlayerClassic. Press the numberpad + and - to change the delay. Use that number to remux in MKVmergeGUI, select the audio track and then then "format specific option" below for the delay. Save to a new file.
This is very fast, a few seconds.

9.1GB for an OOS release ? , I never would went there .

Your best bet would been to had grabbed The.Hobbit.An.Unexpected.Journey.2012.Appendices.And.EXTRAS.720p.BluRay.x264-PublicHD 13.1 GB back in October , when there was still working links on some sites .

You can still get it over on p2p though.

I never been into the whole extras thingy much , because I don't care about watching nearly 9 hours of extras and the disk space it takes .

The movie itself even I downloaded 2 times the 1st time the theatrical then the extended .

But if your looking for extras to movies PHD always has them in 720p Bluray 1st and some sites post them.
