Found a "decent" (sorry for the typo) rip.
Google for "The.Monkey's.Mask_2000.avi"
There is a torrent, well seeded.
1.37 GB, English, no hard subs, better video quality.

The one here is
Video: Xvid 640x272 25fps 971 Kbps
Audio: MP3 48000Hz stereo 113kbps
and overlaid with hard Swedish subtitles.

The torrent I found is
Video: Xvid 720x304 25fps 1856 Kbps
Audio: Dolby AC3 48000Hz stereo 192kbps

So which one is better?

Only other one available is a full DVD rip (VOB files), 3.4 GB.
If you can find a better rip, let me know.
I'd rather a nice 720p MKV myself. But there aren't any to be found.
