Unable to unzip "Angie Tribeca" 1080s x265 S04E01-02-03-04-05 :-( Getting error message (in WinZip) "cannot open file *** it does not appear to be a valid archive". I've dwnld S04E01 again, exactly the same size, the same result. Tried to decompress other files, just to make sure my WinZip works - no issues.
Any ideas?

i have winRAR 4.01 (which was working on all rar files from this site... right up until the site went down

now that the site has recovered... i cannot unlock anything i down load from it??

I can only help you via private communication - like email or PM (for registered members only on a site like RARBG and KAT, which are rather well known torrent sites, BTW).

First of all, happy new year everyone.
Secondly, rar files work fine for me.
Finally, if possible, i think it would be much appreciated if you could try to re-encode almost everything in 480p x264 RMTeam versions. I think same goes for HEVC cause i have noticed that a lot of people prefer them as well.

It's always best to have some sort of knowledge prior to posting a message that's anything other than nice.
FYI... Some people have ISP's that limit DL usage, or live in countries that limit file size DL, due to prirating, so smaller files (480p) are way more practical. Also, some smaller hand held devices lag if trying to watch anything larger than 720p.
As much as I am thankful for everything they do, and I do not mind cams as many are pretty decent, compared to what I started out with years ago, I do shake my head at a near 2gb cam file.

Upgrade to WinRAR 5.0 or higher, or whatever decompression program you use. When the site was repaired, the compression program the bots use was upgraded. The archives are fine.

The thankyous are for the people behind the bots. Programming, taking over when something is wrong etc.

I get your drift, but some users really do go overboard with their gratitude. And I somehow doubt that people behind the site care much about it either way.
Also, never underestimate people's stupidity: some users probably think the encoding, etc. is really being done manually by humans (on some other sites it really is, after all).

RedneckPride is clearly taking a piss and nothing he says should be taken seriously. As for Mr. S3X-TaNkZ, well, I'd worry about him even less.

A large part of the so-called "pirate community" apparently consists of snobs and entitled brats who refer to 480p as "shitty DVD quality". They also complain about the newly released screeners and talk about how they'd rather "wait for BluRay". I say those needy bastards deserve all the mocking and ridicule they can get.

Well we live in and age were people have high speed fiber and even stream 30 or 40 gb 4k releases on 4k TV boxes , these people expect the same quality as they do when they pay for Netflix .

Its not a matter of need for them, it's just a matter of waiting on it to come out in 1080p or better. Then there is the other group of pirates who have slow internet and /or watch's releases on computers. if it were not for people who prefer quality over quantity they would be no one seeding sources to make 480p and smaller x265 releases.

People who only download Full Blu-Ray have been around for years we no longer live in 2001 were every release was 1 CD or 2 CD size . They come in all sizes and the more choice we have the better.

This is not r/piracy this is rmz were we come to download some releases not talk about pirates that don't even visit here because the quality they prefer is on on other sites.

Just download the quality you like and if the high quality nuts bother you stay away from the social media forums that talk about releases .
