Admin has stated in the past that they re-upload files only on Rapidrar. It requires a paid membership though. If you are interested only on clicknupload, then the short answer is no.

I meant to say "the republican arc" (not"european arc". It's and ugly method they use in parliament voting. Short(fake) "collaborations" between left, right, or centrist parties (or even weird mixes!)with parties are made to form majority when time comes to "censure" a motion or get it passed; then those "collaborations" magically disband for some "inner difference". Hence voters are pissed that whoever they voted for don't act along party lines, going back and forth on really important issues and call out this unethical bull... Yet NOW it's ILLEGAL to say anything about it? is there any real democracy these days?
