Yes, you need to stay on the original tab, don't concern yourself with the new tabs opening. You can simply close them. You will have to keep going with clicking on the various timed prompts in order to finally get to the protected link(s). If you want to be safe, you can use "NoScript" add-on (I use it on FireFox), along with "AdGuard".

The reason for them not posting links is to protect them. The whole manual clicking through timed prompts helps to keep the links alive as long as possible.

Now to @snickerdoodle:

YOU SHOULD NOT HAVE POSTED THE ACTUAL LINK TO THE FILES!
Don't ever post anyone's links anywhere on the internet. They are not yours to share, especially ones that are protected behind manual redirects.

You have now compromised the file and it will be flagged for DCMA takedown. In the future, DO NOT POST ANYONE ELSE'S LINKS -- EVER.

We disagree.

First of all, the link you posted has the file name in it. That's more likely to be caught by web crawlers than the mega.nz link, which has no identifying information. That's why pahe.ink and sites like it have to hop domains every few years, or buy many alternate domains. Did you know pahe.ink used to be pahe.ph?

Secondly, if the obfuscation pages had ads and were paying pahe.ink I wouldn't have posted the mega.nz link. Pahe should have a chance to earn revenue. Instead, those pages try to trick a person into clicking their BS "Download Now" link. That link goes to a fake VPN review site, who's links take you to a supposedly legit VPN site.

Finally, you might fare better dealing with people by trying to have a discussion, rather than yelling at them.

Sorry if you thought I was "yelling" at you. I wasn't.

Here's the thing about what you said. As a contributor to the scene back in the day, I know how to respect the unspoken "rules" of file sharing. When someone uploads a file and shares their link to share with others, it was ALWAYS a rule to not post that link anywhere else. The more that link is posted on various sites on the internet, the more likely it will be found and flagged for a DMCA takedown. It's simple common sense. And the most vulnerable links are those that are posted in comment sections like in here. It is so easy for crawlers and bots to collect links from these sources and flag them.

The thing about Pahe.in is they don't use traditional file sharing hosts that offer monetary compensation for uploaders when their files are downloaded by a 3rd party. Pahe.in uses Mega.nz, GoogleDrive, Pixeldrain, etc. These sites offer high speed,and multiple simultaneous downdloads, even for free users. But the uploaders aren't compensated by these hosts. This site, RapidMoviez, uses sites like RR,NF,CU. The download speeds for free users is extremely slow, even if you download from CU. However, the uploader IS compensated. Now, if Pahe.in needs to make money by redirecting their users a few times before resolving the actual link, it's their choice to do so. If you choose to download their shares/links, with all that that entails, it's your choice. If you don't want to, don't. Let the uploaders decide where and how they post their links.

As far as the whole "tricking" people into clicking on BS buttons, I agree with you and hate that there is such a thing at all -- anywhere on the internet. But, this is everywhere now, whether in your emails or simple blogs, and it is not going to go away. If a user is not savvy enough to recognize these traps, they need to consider staying away from all things involving the internet or smarten up by informing themselves. Example: Torrents. It baffles me how anyone can still get caught in the torrenting scene. There is so much information about how to do it properly and how not to do it, and yet, people are still being prosecuted for minor, one-time torrenting via streaming a film or series. In these cases, a VPN would have protected them.

Anyway, regarding sites like Pahe.in and posting specific page links. That is not a problem and the typical bots and crawlwers can navigate through a domain's pages easily. The harder part is resolving timed-captchas and redirects. My experience is that more times than not, you will be able to get a live link from their site, even if the initial upload is several years old.

Curious about something. Appears to me there's been quite a difference in offerings in recent times.
Seems there used to be a wide eclectic mix of movies offered from every era, english and non english countries.
Lately, any movie that may show up that's not new ('24, '25) usually has either just a crappy 480p or a 1080p that's over 2gb therefor no free CU available.

So now instead of going through many pages, I just stick to what's offered in the listing up top. In a way I'm happier this way. It takes way less time than before scrolling through 20, 30, 50 pages checking out movies, lol.

Here's hoping 2026 works out to be better for you, but here in the states, it;s a shitshow and getting worse by the day, lol.
