Over 60-70% of the encoded links of the site have died in the last 3-4 years and this is considered a negative score for the site.For example, until a few months ago, the encoded links of the site of this series were available, but now most of the links are dead.

Yeah, I disagree with that totally. All old links die. They are intended to die after a certain amount of time or due to inactivity. That's not only the way it is here, but at almost every site that posts DL links regardless of the file host.

File corruption always has a cause. Have you investigated the cause of the corruption?

Some suggestions:

On windows, run CHKDSK, then check SMART info
https://www.howtogeek.com/1033/how-to-use-chkdsk-on-windows/
https://www.windowscentral.com/how-check-if-hard-drive-failing-smart-windows-10
If all OK, then also do a defrag of your mechanical drives

On Mac, use Disk Utility

On Linux, run fsck & smartmontools
