This is a Clicknupload issue, the upload speed is very low. BTW we've informed them about this issue, hope they can fix it soon.

Use a different third host temporarily until CU fixes their issue(s).

This would also serve as a trial-run in case you need to replace CU or include them as an additional backup host.
